First I was dying to finish high school and start college. Then I was dying to finish college and start working. Then I was dying to marry and have children. Then I was dying for my children to grow old enough that I could go back to work. But then I was dying to retire. Now I am dying and realize I forgot to live.”

The previous paragraph was shamelessly lifted from Bill’s always insightful A Dying Man’s Daily Journal. I want everyone I know and care about to read that paragraph and to think about what it really means. There is no more important message for me to share today or any day.

Please, live in the moment. It is your own moment and no one can take it away from you. Please don’t wait to be dying to realize what you forgot to do.
